The University of Oslo’s Faculty of Law is recruiting a Doctoral Research Fellow in Law as part of the externally funded GigaCCS Research Centre. The position — based at the Scandinavian Institute for Maritime Law — involves conducting PhD research on contractual frameworks for carbon capture and storage (CCS) activities, including horizontal and vertical value chain perspectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with project partners, contribute to interdisciplinary research on policy, governance and regulation, and undertake a thesis with a strong Norwegian/Nordic legal perspective. The fellowship may include up to 25% teaching duties.
