Faculty Partnerships Officer

The University of Greenwich is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Faculty Partnerships Officer to join the Partnerships Team within Greenwich Business School. This role plays a key part in supporting international partnerships and transnational education (TNE), helping to ensure that students studying overseas receive a high-quality and comparable Greenwich learning experience.

Greenwich Business School is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich and delivers a wide portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Based at the historic Greenwich Campus—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—the School works with a diverse global community of students, academic staff, and international partners. This role contributes directly to the University’s 2030 Strategy by strengthening global engagement and student success.

Key responsibilities and expectations include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for international partner institutions.

  • Supporting the delivery and administration of transnational education programmes.

  • Ensuring international students have access to appropriate learning resources and receive a comparable University of Greenwich experience.

  • Supporting progression, assessment, and award boards to ensure accurate student representation.

  • Delivering a high-quality, student-focused administrative service across international programmes.

  • Working collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues to support partner delivery.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery within partnerships activity.
