This PhD position in Law focuses on intellectual property and contract law frameworks for AI collaborations in healthcare. The project, funded by Region Stockholm, examines how value generated from clinical health data is allocated in AI research and commercialization. Research will address EU and international legal issues including GDPR, EHDS, the AI Act, data-sharing governance, and contractual models for hospital–university–industry collaboration. The candidate will work in an interdisciplinary environment with healthcare partners and contribute to developing legal and governance structures for responsible AI innovation.
