The Integrative Food Systems Analysis group at Leibniz-LSB@TUM invites applications for a PhD student position focusing on computational analysis of food-related multi-omics data. The project aims to combine probabilistic machine learning with graph-structured prior knowledge to model and predict food-effector systems. The successful candidate will develop machine learning models, integrate multi-omics datasets, and contribute to interdisciplinary research at the interface of bioinformatics, systems biology, and food science in a leading non-university research environment.
