The University of Vienna invites applications for the E-STEEM 2026 Postdoctoral Fellowships, offering up to 20 full-time positions for female postdocs in underrepresented natural science disciplines. Fellows will conduct independent, high-impact research, develop and implement an ambitious research plan, publish internationally, and build global collaborations. The programme provides a 4-year structured career-development track, including mentoring, grant-writing support, leadership training, and access to world-class research infrastructure. Fellows select a preferred PI and research group within the University’s broad academic network.
