Postdoctoral position (Ref. 27012) within the SEREMAQ project to develop a graphene-based electrochemical biosensor for rapid (<1h) field detection of E. coli and norovirus in coastal waters. The project aims to create a low-cost, low-carbon, multi-target detection chain for real-time microbiological risk management. The researcher will optimize surface functionalization (antibodies/aptamers), evaluate analytical performance (sensitivity, specificity, robustness in saline environments), compare results with REMI reference methods, and participate in pilot deployments. PhD (≤3 years) in electrochemistry, chemistry, or biotechnology required.
