The University of Helsinki invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Functional Community Ecology / Meta-Ecosystems to join the Ecological Synthesis Group at Lammi Biological Station. The position is part of the Research Council of Finland–funded TRACE project, which investigates how functional traits structure biodiversity across connected forest–lake ecosystems. The postdoc will lead trait-based and community-level analyses, apply advanced statistical methods, contribute to publications, participate in field experiments, and co-supervise students. The two-year, full-time position starts in March 2026 or as agreed.
