This Research Associate position is part of the project examining how communicative experiences shape academic identity and career aspirations of early-career female researchers. The role involves designing and conducting three field studies, analyzing quantitative and qualitative interaction data, and publishing findings in work and organizational psychology. Research focuses on gender disparities in academia, particularly how everyday interactions, supervision, and conferences influence identity development. Collaboration includes project activities conducted partly with WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
