The Chair of Sport and Health Didactics at TUM seeks a Research Associate to contribute to the LernARENA project, which develops inclusive, participatory, and interdisciplinary teaching formats in higher education. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative learning concepts, with a strong practical focus linked to major inclusive sporting events such as the Special Olympics 2026 and 2027. Responsibilities include curricular integration, student qualification formats, evaluation using qualitative and quantitative methods, dissemination of results, and participation in project management and reporting. The position offers a flexible, interdisciplinary, and socially impactful research environment. Fixed-term (April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2028).
