The Sustainable Energy Materials group at TUM Campus Straubing is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Team Lead to advance research in electrocatalysis. The successful candidate will lead experimental activities in RDE/RRDE and flow-cell systems coupled with operando analytics such as ICP-MS, supporting the development of next-generation catalysts for sustainable energy conversion technologies including fuel cells and electrolyzers. The role includes co-supervision of PhD students, independent research development, collaboration with international partners, and contribution to high-impact publications.
