In this strategic role, you will lead and implement transformation initiatives that support growth and new business models in R&D and pilot fabrication. The position focuses on driving operational change, developing actionable transformation plans, and ensuring their successful execution in a technology-intensive innovation environment. You will identify and mitigate risks, define success metrics, and deliver communications, training, and engagement plans for diverse stakeholders. You will collaborate with research teams, project personnel, and leadership to embed new ways of working and maximize benefits across the organisation. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing transformation or change programmes, strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and a creative, analytical approach to problem-solving. Experience with advanced technologies, sustainability, digitalisation, or the semiconductor industry is an asset. A relevant degree in technology, business, or change management is required, and change management certifications are considered valuable.
