Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) invites applications for a permanent W3 Professorship in Experimental Elementary Particle Physics within the Institute of Experimental Particle Physics and KCETA. The position focuses on advancing detector development for high-energy physics experiments, including design, optimization, and operation of next-generation particle detector systems. The successful candidate will provide scientific leadership in international collaborations, strengthen KIT’s participation in major global experiments, and contribute to interdisciplinary research and technology transfer.
